What Is Included in Each Plan
Free
Get started with basic surtax monitoring for a small portfolio. Includes 3 products, 10 tariff lookups per month, the surtax checker, HS code lookup, and 1 month of audit trail history. No payment information required.
Professional
For importers who need shipment logging, duty calculations, and deeper compliance tracking. Includes 100 products, unlimited lookups, surtax alerts with email notifications, shipment logging with automatic duty calculations, CUSMA origin assessments, CSV data exports, and 12 months of audit trail history.
Enterprise
Full compliance management for larger operations. Everything in Professional, plus 200 products, full audit trail history with PDF export, CUSMA certificate management, scenario planner, landed cost comparison across origins, CUSMA exposure reports, broker sharing links, 5 team seats, and a dedicated account manager.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to the pricing page and click Start 14-Day Trial on the Professional plan.
- Create your account -- your trial starts immediately.
- You have full access to Professional features for 14 days.
- Before your trial ends, go to Settings > Billing to add payment details.
- If you don't subscribe, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Switching Between Monthly and Annual Billing
Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing saves approximately 20%.
Managing Your Subscription
Through the Stripe customer portal (Settings > Billing > Manage Billing), you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Switch billing frequency
- Cancel your subscription
Downgrading
If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, your data is not deleted. All products, shipments, and audit trail records remain in the system. However, Free plan limits apply: 3 active products, 10 lookups per month, and 1 month of audit trail history. Products beyond the limit become read-only.
Team Seats
The Free and Professional plans include 1 seat. The Enterprise plan includes 5 seats. All team members within an organization share the same product portfolio, shipment history, and audit trail.
